Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in the UK is seeking a Hotel Manager in Plymouth to lead day-to-day operations, set strategic initiatives, and engage the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, pursue Gold accreditation through Green Tourism, hit KPIs, coach the management team, ensure health and safety compliance, and build strong local community relationships while supporting enterprise-wide projects.

Responsibilities

• Set guest satisfaction targets and ensure these are met, using guests’ feedback and surveys.
• Work towards Gold accreditation for your hotel through Green Tourism by reducing the hotel’s carbon footprint.
• Be an expert in hitting KPIs and delivering results!
• Coach and support your management team to build the skills necessary to progress in their careers.
• Regularly inspect facilities and rooms to ensure we are in compliance with health and safety standards, and our product is to brand standard.
• Build relationships with the local community and business leaders.
• Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team.
• Get involved with company-wide projects to continue evolving the Leonardo Hotels brand.
