Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to direct strategic initiatives for the F&B department and oversee day-to-day hotel operations with the team. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel and Leonardo Hotels estate, ensuring guest experiences align with service standards, values, and company vision.

You will lead the department, engage with colleagues on the floor, and drive first-class customer service while maintaining a busy yet balanced work

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and let your personality shine through
• Be visible on the floor, so that the team knows you've got their backs
• Ensure KPIs are set and support the team in achieving these
• Lead regular team meetings - not only will this help with building relationships but a coffee chat goes a long way!
• Complete and issue rotas in advance - life/work balance is important, your team need to be able to make plans outside of work too
