Crerar Hotels is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations across Scotland and the Lake District. You will report to the Cluster General Manager and oversee guest services, service standards, and cross-department coordination to deliver memorable experiences.

You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, driving operational efficiency, and supporting a high-performing team across all departments. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive workplace culture, streamlining processes, and maintaining excellent communication throughout the hotel. With your strategic vision, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail, you will ensure that daily operations run smoothly and contribute to the overall success of the business.
