Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Manager to oversee the breakfast service across our hotels, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation and guest experience. You will lead and motivate the breakfast team, maintaining a welcoming, well-organised environment and coordinating staffing, stock and costs.

Your proactive approach will drive training, scheduling and continuous improvements while delivering outstanding hospitality, including weekend shifts and high grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and breakfast service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

With your strong operational and communication skills, you’ll coordinate staffing, manage stock and costs, deliver effective team briefings and training, and work closely with the wider Food & Beverage and hotel teams. You’ll also take ownership of guest feedback, operational challenges and continuous improvements, ensuring every service reflects the high standards and reputation of Crerar Hotels. You’ll work flexibly, including weekends, upholding high grooming and presentation standards while delivering outstanding hospitality.
