Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and deliver a personalized arrival and departure experience while cross-selling F&B and Spa offerings.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest service passion, and a proactive, organized approach in a luxury environment. A strong understanding of Front Office operations, including Opera PMS, is preferred.

• Communicate effectively and prioritise tasks in a sophisticated environment.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly, promoting Rosewood experiences.
