Rosewood London is seeking a professional Hotel Receptionist to join the Front Office team. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and deliver warm, personalised service consistent with our luxury standards.

In this role you will maintain front desk excellence, have strong knowledge of Opera, and support revenue through courteous cross-selling of food and beverage and spa services. A 4-day week arrangement supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in luxury/hospitality
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar front desk systems
• Able to prioritise tasks and maintain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out smoothly
• Provide personalised service and resolve guest queries
• Promote and cross-sell Rosewood London F&B and Sense Spa offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and lobby area
