Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to support the Abingdon and Didcot locations. You will manage front desk tasks, ensuring a warm guest experience from check-in to check-out, with strong communication across hotel queries.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with using different visitor management systems.
• Ability to prioritise work amid changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day front desk duties at either Ridgeway House Hotel or Cosener's House Hotel, ensuring a great guest experience from check-in to departure.
• Maintain effective communication with hotel queries and provide courteous service.
• Weekend and evening work will be required in rotation with other receptionists.
