Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to support the two hotels in Abingdon and Didcot. You will handle guest check-ins, respond to queries, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Previous reception experience is beneficial but full training will be provided. This is a 0 hours role requiring weekend and evening shifts on a rotating basis. You must be able to commute to either Ridgeway House or Cosener's House.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with using different visitor management systems.
• Ability to prioritise work due to constantly changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day desk duties at Ridgeway House Hotel or Cosener's House Hotel.
• Ensure great guest experience from check-in to departure and handle queries.
• Previous reception experience is beneficial, full training provided.
