You will handle bookings, check guests in and out, and respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person while promoting the business with new ideas.

Experience on reception and front-of-house is essential; we value proactive, welcoming staff who can help us deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working on reception and front-of-house essential.
• Experience with hotel bookings (reservations) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process hotel bookings and manage the hotel booking systems
