Mercure White Hart Salisbury is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead the F&B operations, guide staff and drive service excellence within the hotel. You will manage a diverse team and ensure all brand standards are consistently applied to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers opportunities to develop broad hotel operations skills, work across events and banquets, and contribute to community engagement in Salisbury.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full‑service hotel food operations, including breakfast, bar, and banquet events for groups up to 150+ guests.
• Hands‑on role with administrative duties such as staff rostering, stocktaking, health & safety, performance reviews.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building with guests, staff and suppliers.
