Job summary

Woolley Grange Hotel in Wiltshire is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations within a new, beautifully refurbished setting.

You will supervise and train the team, collaborate with the kitchen, manage guest inquiries, and help drive service standards while supporting budget and marketing efforts.

This permanent role is 45 hours per week, including weekends, with a salary up to £36,000 plus generous service charge and benefits.

• Supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
