Whitbread PLC, operating Premier Inn, is seeking an Hotel Manager for the Salisbury North area. You will lead Front of House and Housekeeping to deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold Premier Inn standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House and Housekeeping teams to ensure outstanding service and brand standards.
• Manage daily hotel operations including bar and kitchen to support the UK’s number one brand.
• Drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities by understanding the hotel’s bigger picture.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and uphold high-quality service.
