De Vere is seeking a Duty Manager to act as the operational leader on shift, ensuring smooth hotel operation, safety and high service standards across departments. You will liaise with Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping to deliver a seamless guest experience and will host guests at the lobby, addressing queries with warmth.

The role requires decisive leadership, reliability, and the ability to resolve escalated issues while supporting colleagues.

Formación

• Track record of delivering outstanding service in hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to make guests and colleagues feel welcome.
• Ability to motivate others to maintain high standards of service and delegate effectively.
• Familiarity with Opera would be advantageous, training provided if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-shift operations and ensure smooth hotel functioning.
• Coordinate across departments, especially Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Act as lobby host, greet guests, answer queries and make them feel welcome from arrival.
• Uphold safety, compliance and protect hotel assets and reputation.
