Premier Inn in London Wandsworth is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts across the hotel, working with reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has what it needs.

You will be on the floor, not just supervising from afar, and will build your leadership skills alongside experienced managers. This permanent role offers guaranteed hours with a clear path to more senior hotel roles.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in busy customer-facing environments.
• Able to make quick decisions and stay calm under pressure.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Coach and support team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams.
• Identify and fix issues early to keep guests safe and comfortable.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
