De Vere Cotswold Water Park in Cirencester is seeking a Duty Manager to lead hotel operations on shift, ensuring safety, compliance and exceptional guest service across departments. You will liaise with Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping while greeting guests at the lobby and resolving escalations with a proactive, caring approach.

The role offers varied shifts (early, late, middle) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering outstanding service, ideally in hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills; able to make guests and colleagues feel welcomed.
• Ability to motivate others, delegate effectively, and uphold high service standards.
• Familiarity with IT and hotel systems; Opera experience is advantageous but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational leader on shift to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Coordinate with Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Greet guests as lobby host and address queries to ensure a welcoming arrival.
• Lead service delivery and staff engagement to maintain safety and quality standards.
