Accorhotel is seeking a General Assistant Multi Task Team Member to deliver excellent counter and table service to hotel guests while maintaining full knowledge of the menu offerings. The role involves close communication with the kitchen, ensuring the bar is stocked, and upholding high hygiene standards.

You'll support the front desk, assist with department cleaning, and follow health, safety, and security procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent counter and (where applicable) table service to hotel guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen on orders and promotions.
• Ensure bar is stocked to required standards (where applicable).
• Maintain high hygiene and comply with health and safety.
• Follow till procedures and security protocols.
• Assist front desk operations and report shift issues.
• Help management with departmental cleaning program.
• Dress per hotel and company standards.
• Attend company training as required.
