Job summary

Fairview Hotels is seeking a General Assistant Multi Task Team Member to deliver counter and table service for hotel guests and support hospitality operations. You will maintain menu knowledge, assist the Front Desk, and collaborate closely with the kitchen for orders and promotions.

You will uphold the highest hygiene standards, follow safety procedures, and provide courteous, efficient service at all times. Training and uniforms are provided to support your role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English

• Good interpersonal and guest-focused communication

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent counter and table service to hotel guests.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu.
• Coordinate with kitchen on orders and promotions.
• Keep designated bar stocked and set up to standard.
• Ensure high hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Assist the Front Desk with operations and report issues as needed.
