Job summary

Ashdown Park is seeking a hands-on Training Officer to embed our culture, service standards and guest-centric values across the hotel. You will design, deliver and support learning initiatives through on-the-job, online and classroom sessions, working with the HR Manager and Heads of Departments to translate programmes into consistent floor performance.

The role covers induction, statutory and compliance training and customer service, with mentoring of apprentices to support our apprenticeship

Qualifications

• Experience delivering induction, statutory and compliance training.
• Experience in customer service training within hospitality.
• Ability to mentor apprentices and support apprenticeship programmes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and support learning activities to develop consistent standards across the hotel.
• Embed culture and service standards by translating programmes to on-floor performance.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to drive learning across operations.
