• Experience delivering induction, statutory and compliance training in hospitality.
• Experience in customer service training in hospitality setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organised and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and support a range of learning activities to develop consistent standards.
• Translate learning programmes into on-the-floor performance and coach team members.
• Collaborate with HR Manager and Heads of Departments across the hotel operation.
