Job summary

Elite Hotels is seeking a hands-on Training Coordinator to work across all departments, delivering training and onboarding to new starters, ensuring staff have the tools to succeed.

The role embeds Elite Hotels culture, standards and behaviour across the property through on-the-job, online and classroom training, working with the HR Manager and Heads of Department to translate programmes into consistent on-the-floor performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in training and coaching in a hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and able to work to deadlines.
• Flexible towards hours to suit operational learning needs.
• 32 hrs per week, site-based.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and support new starters.
• Embed Elite Hotels culture, service standards and behaviour expectations across the property.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager and Heads of Department.
