LQ Resorts in Oswestry is seeking a part-time or full-time Food and Beverage Assistant to join our F&B team. You will create a warm, welcoming environment during breakfast, lunch and dinner, ensuring guests receive memorable service.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a can-do attitude and a commitment to making a difference. Roles include flexi hours with pay from £8 to £12.71 per hour for both part-time and full-time positions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests, respond to requests and complaints promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare outlets for service and ensure readiness for the next shift
• Take beverage orders and serve drinks with attention to detail
• Assist with receiving and storage of goods
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Assist with cellar operations
• Assist with food and beverage function setups
• Clean equipment
• Clean and maintain glassware and crockery for service
• Prepare waiter service stations
• Set up tables
• Maintain professional appearance and clean uniform at all times
• Follow employee handbook policies including cash handling and credit procedures
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by manager
