Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa is seeking a proactive Sales/Reservations professional to handle incoming enquiries by phone or email, proposing tailored packages and arranging contracts. You will negotiate rates, drive revenue, and present the hotel facilities to prospective clients.

As a team player with a strong service mindset, you will manage diaries, liaise with departments, and ensure timely updates to clients and colleagues.
