Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting Hospitality Assistants to join the team at Aston University. This permanent role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with a focus on delivering high standards of service for events and daily hospitality. You will work closely with the Contract Manager to maintain a seamless, high-quality experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead on hospitality bookings for events and meetings.
• Collaborate with Contract Manager to ensure high-quality client experience.
• Manage booking system and introduce new dishes/offers.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance the hospitality offer.
• Review services using client feedback to maintain industry-leading standards.
• Follow safety-first processes at all times.
• Assist with setup, service and clean-down as required.
• Site attendance may require a full driving license.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead on all hospitality bookings including large events and small meeting requests
• Work closely with the Contract Manager tomaintaina seamless and high-quality experience for clients
• Manage and coordinate the hospitality booking system to include booking oversight and the introduction of new dishes / offers
• Introduce innovative solutions to continuously improve and evolve the hospitality offer
• Continuously review the offer using client completed surveys and benchmarking tomaintainan industry leading service
• Ensure all processes are followed correctly tomaintaina safety-first approach
• Support with setup, service and clean-down whenrequired
• Requirement to attend sites therefore a full driving license is essential
