Job summary

Aramark UK in Swindon is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead a busy catering operation, delivering exceptional food and service for our clients. You will manage daily kitchen operations, lead a motivated team, plan menus, and drive quality and hygiene standards in line with client expectations.

The role is full-time and Monday–Friday, with development opportunities within a global organisation that supports your career growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or similar catering management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing food costs, budgets, and stock control.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
