This is an excellent opportunity for a talented culinary professional who enjoys delivering exceptional food while leading and developing a high-performing team.

The Role

As Chef Manager, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service. You will manage all aspects of food production, team leadership, food safety, stock control, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and motivating the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food and service
• Planning and preparing fresh, nutritious, and appealing menus
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company standards
