Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to work with the Head of Learning and Development across the hotel group, driving strategy, embedding best practices, and delivering an exceptional colleague experience. You will lead development initiatives across sites, coach leaders, and ensure training aligns with guest excellence and business goals.

The role requires travel to hotels within the division, with a base location in the South or Midlands depending on applicant

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Learning & Development Manager in hospitality or service-led industries.
• Strong understanding of learning theory and digital learning tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment and compliance training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement L&D strategy across Hand Picked Hotels to drive high performance.
• Coach and develop managers to ensure effective people leadership.
• Collaborate with Head of L&D to align training with business goals and guest experience.
