Job summary

Bite Talent is seeking a Learning & Development Manager for a growing premium hospitality brand in London. The role is predominantly field-based with one office day per week and international travel, including the US.

You will shape the L&D function, create training programmes, and work closely with Operations and senior leaders to drive measurable improvements in performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive hospitality L&D experience, a track record of designing learning content, and

Qualifications

• Branded restaurant/ hospitality operations experience with learning design background.
• Experience building learning programmes rather than only delivering trainings.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and support growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Learning & Development strategy across the business.
• Design and create engaging learning content and programmes.
• Deliver training across multiple sites and teams.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify performance and capability gaps.
• Lead, coach and develop the existing training team.
• Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and ROI.
• Support training needs linked to new openings, international growth and franchise partners.
• Build scalable L&D processes and programmes that grow with the business.
