COREcruitment Ltd. seeks an Assistant Learning and Development Director for a luxury London hotel.

This hands-on leadership role shapes the learning and talent agenda, reporting to the senior leadership team and partnering with department heads to identify development needs and deliver impactful programmes. The role focuses on designing and delivering training, leadership development and onboarding, fostering a culture of continuous learning and measurable ROI in a high-volume hospitality

Competenze

• Proven experience in a senior L&D role (Learning Manager or Assistant L&D Director).
• Strong knowledge of learning strategy, talent development and leadership programmes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing across levels.
• Proactive, creative and commercially minded with strong organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Support design and implementation of the hotel's L&D strategy and annual training plan.
• Lead and develop a high-performing L&D function.
• Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps and development priorities.
• Design and deliver engaging training programmes across all levels of the hotel.
• Support leadership development, talent management and succession planning.
• Develop onboarding and induction programmes that create a strong colleague experience.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning, coaching and feedback.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ROI to continually improve programmes.
• Support compliance, mandatory training and industry standards.
• Build strong relationships with external training providers and partners.
