Job summary

Claridge’s in London is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Learning & Development to lead learning initiatives across the property and Maybourne hotels. You will design, deliver and promote development programmes, partner with department heads, champion inclusion and wellbeing, and ensure operational excellence in talent development.

You will oversee learning delivery, mentor teams, and drive high standards of service through targeted training and development strategies within a 5*

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development within luxury hospitality environments.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development programmes for Claridge’s and Maybourne properties.
• Deliver training and programme facilitation across departments.
• Promote learning initiatives internally and externally; drive early careers partnerships.
• Collaborate with department heads and trainers to ensure excellence.
• Design and deliver creative, impactful short training sessions.
