Job summary

The Elvetham is seeking a People Learning and Development Coordinator to design and coordinate training across two hotels. You will collaborate with managers to identify development needs and ensure onboarding and ongoing learning programs deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training in hospitality.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues at all levels.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development programmes, ensuring training is planned and delivered effectively.
• Identify training needs with managers and departments.
• Maintain annual training calendar; ensure mandatory and role-specific training is completed on time.
• Organise internal and external training sessions, room bookings, materials, attendance, and evaluations.
• Deliver induction and onboarding programmes to welcome new colleagues.
• Maintain accurate training records and monitor completion rates.
• Produce regular training reports and highlight areas needing attention.
• Support e-learning and digital learning platforms implementation.
• Foster a positive learning culture and career development opportunities.
