Job summary

WatchHouse in London is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the Training Team, shape the L&D strategy and partner with People and Operations to develop managers and teams across Coffee and Hospitality.

You will spend time in Houses, deliver group training, manage the LMS (CPL) and oversee international training, including New York and franchise markets, ensuring high training standards and tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a training team in a fast-paced hospitality or multi-site setting.
• Proven ability to design and deliver practical, high-impact learning programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across People, Operations and senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the WatchHouse Training Team across Coffee and Hospitality.
• Own training calendar and coordinate programmes, workshops and groups.
• Deliver manager development for House Managers and future leaders.
• Maintain CPL LMS and develop engaging learning resources.
• Build talent pools and succession plans for future WatchHouse leadership.
