With a clear career path from Receptionist to Front Office Manager, extensive on-boarding and ongoing training will support your growth.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience as a Front Office Receptionist in the hotel industry.
• Natural flair for customer service.
• Positive and caring personality.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern: early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Basic IT and office skills: familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, email etiquette, printing, scanning, and filing.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
