The Imperial London Hotels Limited is seeking a warm, proactive Guest Experience Host for The Imperial Hotel in Bloomsbury, London. You will be the friendly face greeting arrivals, guiding guests, and ensuring lobby areas operate smoothly.

Your role includes escorting guests to rooms, sharing local knowledge, handling luggage safely, and collaborating with Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping to maintain a polished guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing or hospitality roles.
• Clear English communication and customer service mindset.
• Familiarity with luggage handling and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to rooms and introduce hotel facilities.
• Offer local knowledge and neighbourhood highlights to guests.
• Respond swiftly to guest requests with a personal, polished touch.
• Keep lobby, driveway and entrances immaculate and guest-ready.
• Manage luggage storage safely and accurately.
• Assist with taxis, ride-share services and group movements.
• Coordinate with Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping for seamless service flow.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver calm, elevated service.
• Support busy periods with clear communication and professionalism.
• Uphold health, safety and security procedures.
• Contribute to team briefings and continuous improvement.
