Job summary

Lightspeed is looking for a Field Sales Account Executive to join our UK Hospo team with a required physical presence across Glasgow. You will drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, visiting customers regularly to understand their challenges and deliver in-person demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have field/outbound sales experience, hospitality knowledge, and strong CRM usage; English fluency is required, additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience in a Field and outbound environment, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related
• Strong experience in hospitality
• Understanding of sales development best practices
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM to manage pipeline
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the UK Hospo industry and Glasgow area
• Lead generation, demonstrations, and closing deals in person
• Forecast sales and develop strategies for your catchment area
• Visit customers regularly to identify business challenges and pain points
• Run in-person product demonstrations and manage quotes
• Maintain records in Salesforce and collaborate with marketing
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Create new business through networking events
