Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Customer Service / Sales Advisor in Coleshill, Birmingham. Salary £28,000 - £30,000 plus training, progression and early finish Fridays. You will handle customer enquiries via Salesforce, process orders with SAP, check stock, and support with PODs, certificates, complaints and invoices.

The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule (38.75 hours) with an emphasis on development and work-life balance in a well-established engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support in a technical environment.
• CRM experience with Salesforce; strong written and spoken English.
• SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via Salesforce CRM.
• Process orders and quotations in SAP.
• Check stock and lead times for customers.
• Support PODs, certificates, complaints, invoice queries and credits.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, warehousing and supply chain.
