Retirement Villages Group Ltd is seeking a warm, friendly Hospitality Assistant for Gradwell Park Retirement Village in South Chailey. This part-time Saturday role supports delivering excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors and customers.

You will help with food, beverage, and retail services, maintain safety and hygiene, and contribute ideas to improve menus and operations. A team-focused, enthusiastic approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of general work experience delivering to standard.

• Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards.
• Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome.
• Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and escalate when necessary.

• Support revenue targets using established systems and processes.

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join our friendly team based at Gradwell Park Retirement Village in South Chailey. This is a part-time position to work Saturdays, 9.30am - 3.30pm.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our residents, visitors, and customers have memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
• Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs
• Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary
• Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with residents
• Contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and operational processes
• Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes
• Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices
