Job summary

Lime Tree Retirement Village is seeking a warm, friendly Hospitality Assistant for a part-time role of 15 hours per week to deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors and customers.

You will work to RVG standards, provide a welcoming atmosphere, handle enquiries and complaints, and support menus and revenue targets while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience desirable but not essential.
• Up to 1 year of general work experience delivering to standard.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverage and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Provide residents and visitors with a warm, professional welcome, anticipating and meeting hospitality needs.
• Handle enquiries, issues and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service and build relationships with residents.
• Contribute ideas for improving menus, services and operational processes.
• Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes.
• Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices.
