Job summary

Lime Tree Retirement Village, operated by Retirement Villages Group Ltd, is seeking a friendly Hospitality Assistant for a part-time role (15 hours per week) in Rugby. You will deliver food, beverage and retail services to RVG standards, ensuring a warm welcome for residents, visitors and customers, while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You will be part of a village team, helping to meet hospitality needs, handle enquiries, and contribute to service improvements and revenue targets.

• Up to 1 year of general work experience delivering to standard

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join us here at Lime Tree Retirement Village. This is a part-time role working 15 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our residents, visitors, and customers have memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
• Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs
• Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary
• Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with residents
• Contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and operational processes
• Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes
• Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices
