• Experience in switchboard or call centre preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer 85–100 calls per hour and route them appropriately.
• Engage with callers to resolve queries in one call where possible.
• Respond to emails in the department inbox.
• Handle all 2222 calls promptly and professionally.
• Take on on-call duties as part of the rota for Switchboard & Facilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
