Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Switchboard Operator to join the Switchboard Team. Part-time 31.5 hours per week, with varied shifts to cover 24/7, 365 days. Flexible working will be considered.

The role involves directing calls, providing courteous communications to staff and the public, and following procedures in emergencies. You must have good communication and customer service experience, ideally in an NHS environment. Interview date: 11 November 2026.
