Zusammenfassung

Equans is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the Burnsley General Teaching Hospital site on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage a diverse service team delivering Hard FM and parking services, ensuring safety, cost control and quality across the contract.

You will report to the Head of Operations, develop client relationships and produce regular performance reports, while promoting our values and continuous improvement. A competitive package, including bonus and benefits, is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication at all levels, both written and oral.
• Natural customer service delivery attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in teams or individually.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Experience in senior facilities or FM roles desirable.

• Manage costs, drive service quality and performance.
• Oversee health, safety and environment procedures.
• Produce monthly client reporting packs and attend client meetings.
• Provide training and development to staff and coordinate with client stakeholders.
• Support contract development and customer relationship management.
