Serco Limited is seeking a Contract Manager to lead Hard Facilities Management services at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary. You will drive safety, quality and performance while managing budgets and relationships with stakeholders.

The role requires leadership, experience in healthcare FM and the ability to deliver data-driven improvements. It offers a competitive salary up to £75,000, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to contribute to patient-focused facilities

Qualifications

• Degree educated or able to demonstrate substantial relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading Hard Facilities Management services, ideally within a healthcare or similarly complex environment.
• Proven ability to manage operational, financial and people performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving change, continuous improvement and business growth.
• Comfortable making decisions, managing risk and resolving complex operational challenges.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of compliant, safe and high-quality Hard Facilities Management services across the hospital estate.
• Build strong, commercially effective relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners.
• Drive operational performance through data-led decision making, continuous improvement and innovation.
• Take accountability for contract financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and identifying efficiencies.
• Lead, motivate and develop colleagues to create a positive, engaged and high-performing culture.
• Oversee compliance, lifecycle planning, projects and risk management to ensure contractual and legal requirements are met.
