EQUANS is seeking a Technical Services Team Leader (Administration) to oversee 12 administrative staff across Pinderfields & Pontefract Hospitals. The role focuses on compliant, contractual estates service, Maximo CAFM management, and coordinating engineers and third-party contractors to meet SLAs.

Based in Wakefield, the role emphasises KPI reporting, health and safety compliance, and staff development. A permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Formación

• Experience managing a team of administrative staff.
• Knowledge of CAFM systems, preferably IBM Maximo 7.5.
• Experience in healthcare environment and dealing with contractors.
• Strong communication and data handling skills.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a facilities context.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of 12 administration staff.
• Maintain and update the CAFM system (Maximo) for planned and reactive tasks.
• Coordinate third-party contractors and track SLAs.
• Produce regular service delivery and KPI reports.
• Ensure safe methods of working and proper access controls (permits, keys).
• Maintain filing and data records in line with contract requirements.
• Schedule tasks with appropriate labour allocation and priorities.
• Support engineers and maintenance teams in the estate.
• Foster a culture of customer service and Equans values.
• Provide training and coaching as needed.
• Cover out-of-hours shifts when required.
• Uphold quality systems and procedures across site.
