Job summary

St Giles Hospice is seeking a Retail Support Manager to cover stores in the Aldridge area and surrounding locations. You will support in the absence of management, working flexibly with local teams to deliver great service and sales results.

Ideally you have supervisory experience, can lead volunteers, and keep operations running smoothly to support hospice income. DBS checks may apply and full DBS disclosure may be required.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education in English and Maths.
• Experience using Office 365, email and internet.
• Genuine interest in charity retailing/fashion.

Responsibilities

• Provide cover to one or more stores in the absence of the community shop management team.
• Lead and motivate volunteer teams.
• Help ensure efficient running of stores to deliver a positive financial contribution.
• Report to Community Shop Managers and Retail Regional Manager.
