Job summary

St Giles Hospice is seeking a driven retail leader based at Whittington Office with regular travel. You will drive income growth across 26 shops and e-commerce, ensuring high standards of merchandising, stock generation, and compliant operations.

Lead teams, develop people, deliver results, and strengthen the retail offer to support community care. You will promote a high-quality customer experience and uphold hospice values.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 2 in Retail or Customer Service or evidence of similar training.

Responsibilities

• Drive income growth through effective stock generation and merchandising.
• Lead and develop shop teams to deliver strong performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and policies.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the retail offer and support new ideas.
