Job summary

St Giles Hospice is seeking a Retail Support Manager to provide cover across multiple stores, including Ashby, Uttoxeter, Burton, Swadlincote, Tamworth and Mere Green. The role is flexible, with 0 hours listed and £12.71 per hour.

You will work to support the community shop management team, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading volunteer teams to deliver a positive financial contribution to the hospice. Previous supervisory experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education in English and Maths.
• Experience using Office 365, email and internet.
• Genuine interest in charity retailing/fashion.

Responsibilities

• Support in providing cover to one or more stores on a flexible basis.
• Demonstrate leadership and motivate volunteers.
• Assist in efficient store operations to contribute to Hospice finances.
