The Rowans Hospice in Lee-on-the-Solent invites an experienced Shop Manager to lead our busy retail shop. You will supervise staff and volunteers, maintain high retail standards, and maximise income while creating a welcoming environment for customers and donors.

You will report to the Head of Retail and play a key role in community engagement, stock control, and local fundraising initiatives to support hospice services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a busy retail shop.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate staff and volunteers.

• Take overall responsibility for the shop's performance in line with Rowans Hospice Retail aims.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of staff and volunteers.
• Maximise sales through stock management, merchandising and service excellence.
• Monitor shop performance and report progress to Head of Retail.
• Represent the hospice in the local community and support fundraising initiatives.
