Job summary

Southern Hospice Group operates a network of hospices across Sussex, seeking a capable assistant to support the Retail Shop Manager. You will help run the shop’s day-to-day activities, ensuring outstanding customer service and maximising income from donated and new goods.

You will also assist with promotions, stock generation, and income from new goods, while encouraging a safe, proactive environment and coordinating volunteers, including recruitment and training.

Qualifications

• Maximise shop contributions through sales of donated and new goods.
• Deliver high standards of customer service.
• Capture Gift Aid to maximise income.
