Job summary

Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Homecare Coordinator to support the Care Manager with daily operations and to ensure delivery of high-quality care. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Glasgow Southside head office.

The successful candidate will coordinate care plans, staff rotas, and on-call cover, while maintaining GDPR-compliant records and striving for service improvements. Driving licence and SSSC registration are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in care coordination or supervisory role within homecare/social care.
Registration with the SSSC is required.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day running of the homecare service, including care plans, staff schedules and rotas.
Coordinate and support care staff to ensure appropriate levels of cover are maintained.
Monitor quality of care provided and carry out regular reviews and evaluations.
Assist with development, implementation and review of service policies and procedures.
Support the Care Manager with inspections, audits and external visits.
