Job summary

Call-In Homecare Ltd. is recruiting a Homecare Coordinator for its South Lanarkshire services. The role involves scheduling care visits, coordinating care packages, and liaising with local authorities to match packages of care. On-call duties are included with additional pay.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in high-quality care at home, strong people management skills and a valid driving licence, with SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality care at home services.
• Excellent communication with staff, service users and local authorities.
• Willingness to achieve SVQ Level 3 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Match new packages of care with local authority referrals.
• Set up service users' care packages on the rostering system.
• Schedule care visits and care workers' rotas.
• Communicate with frontline staff and report to the Service Manager.
